Question 1
Walking, lifting arms, turning, bucket rotation and other operations. If it is a single operation such as walking, reversing, lifting large and small arms, and retracting buckets, the speed is relatively slow. For example: the overflow valve pressure of the excavator-related components is too low (need to be tested); pump, low-pressure sensor, multi-way valve failure; related solenoid valve failure, valve core stuck.
Problem handling:
①. Component failure, that is, the action component itself receives information poorly or has poor contact during implementation, or the overflow valve pressure of the relevant component itself is too low (the overflow valve can control the overall pressure. If the pressure exceeds the overflow valve, the hydraulic system will overflow). The excavator operator can knock on the component to see if there are any loose screws or pressure tests, and then perform maintenance.
②. Failure in the transmission command process, focus on checking the pump, low-pressure sensor and multi-way valve to see if there is a fault. That is, a fault occurs during the command transmission process, which hinders the transmission of the command signal. You can also carefully check the relevant solenoid valve failure and whether the valve core is stuck.

①Hydraulic system
If the excavator is running slowly, the hydraulic system should be checked to see if it has been maintained on time and whether the hydraulic oil has been replaced regularly. Expired hydraulic oil will not only affect the performance of the excavator, but also corrode the hydraulic wall of the excavator. At the same time, the hydraulic oil circuit and the return oil filter should be checked for blockage. If there is blockage, the oil circuit should be cleaned and the parts should be replaced in serious cases.
②Low engine power
Like the hydraulic system, the engine is also one of the power systems of the excavator. Low engine power will lead to low output power, which will cause the excavator to stagnate and make the excavator move slowly. If the engine output power is too low and the power is insufficient, please check whether all cylinders can work at the same time; check whether there is black smoke in the engine. If the fuel injector is severely worn, it will also cause the engine power to decrease.
